This pear and date milkshake will become favourite of kids as well as adults. Ideal for breakfast during busy mornings, this milkshake will keep you going till the lunch time.

With all the goodness of dates, this shake is very nutritious. Rich in antioxidants, proteins and dietary fibre, this milk shake will also help lower your cholesterol.

As both pear and dates are naturally sweet, you can skip adding sugar altogether is you are health conscious. Or replace sugar with honey or maple syrup if you have a sweet tooth.

Ready in no time at all.

All you need to do is mix all ingredients together in a blender and whizz. Perfect for kids after their play as its nutritious as well as delicious too.
