The only main ingredients needed to prepare this dessert is bananas, milk and sugar.
Depending on the sweetness of bananas, you can adjust the amount of sugar you add. Using whole milk to prepare is dessert will make it taste even better.
Make sure to use chilled milk. Do not use over ripe bananas as they will spoil its texture. Also, bananas that are just starting to ripen will turn milk slimy and unpleasant.
