You can use ready-made paneer, frozen peas and canned tomatoes to speed this dish up.
Adding dried kasuri methi to the gravy will make it all the more delish.
Silky smooth gravy
Tomatoes and onions should be ground to a very fine paste to give a silky texture to this curry. Don't forget to add cream in the end to make the gravy even more silky smooth.
Chopped cilantro (coriander) will add a punch of flavour to this dish.
