Making Banana Pancakes Fluffy

Eggs along with Baking Powder and Baking Soda help make these simple Banana Pancakes fluffy.

Sifting the dry ingredients before combining them with the wet ingredients will help remove any lumps in the dry ingredients, incorporate them well with each other as well as with wet ingredients and add in some air to help make these Banana Egg Pancakes fluffier.

Also, whisking all wet ingredients well and making sure all sugar has melted will assist in incorporating more air and making these Banana and Cinnamon Pancakes fluffy.

Couple of points to remember to get spongy homemade pancakes is after adding dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mix gently with a spatula till everything has just combined. DO NOT Overmix. And start making pancakes immediately after mixing.

Also, do not spread the batter on the pan or press the pancake from top after flipping. Let the batter spread by itself; it will attain a thick circular shape and rise in thickness after flipping.
