Step-by-step instructions with photos for Chicken Liver Masala:
• Add 1 TBSP ginger paste, 1 TBSP garlic paste, turmeric (haldi) powder, salt, red chilli powder to chicken liver, mix well and let it marinate for 30 mins.

• Heat a non-stick pan on medium setting after 30 mins and add oil, onions, 1 TBSP ginger paste, 1 TBSP garlic paste, mix well and cook till onions turn slightly soft.

• To this add marinated chicken liver and mix well.

• Cook whilst stirring occasionally till chicken liver is cooked and tender and most of the moisture has evaporated.

• Now add garam masala and lemon juice and cook for 1 more minute.

• Finally add cilantro / coriander and mix well.

• Serve hot on its own or with chapati / paratha / naan or steamed rice.
